Waterboarding and Torture

Attorney General nominee Michael Mukasey has refused to express an opinion on whether the interrogation method of waterboarding is torture.

Controversial interrogation techniques such as waterboarding have become flash points in the debate over the limits of U.S. interrogation policy since the launch of the Iraq war.
