In February 2022, the Biden administration released its strategy toward the Indo-Pacific region. The region is critical for America’s security, prosperity, and technological innovation. Two years later, how has the strategy fared? What are the administration’s priorities for implementing the strategy in the coming year and beyond? And how should the United States chart a course with allies and partners to advance its priorities and address shared challenges in the Indo-Pacific region?

On April 5, the Foreign Policy program at Brookings will host Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink for a conversation with Brookings Senior Fellow Ryan Hass and Fellow Patricia M. Kim to examine the Biden administration’s Indo-Pacific Strategy.
