On May 6, Danish FM Martin Lidegaard will offer a European perspective on how the Ukraine crisis demonstrates the need for a coherent European energy policy—one in which strategic investments in renewable energy and green technology must play a central role. This event starts at 5:30 p.m. (EDT).
On May 13, French FM Laurent Fabius delivers an address on France’s foreign policy and the role of the transatlantic partnership in an increasingly unstable global environment, including views on the crisis with Russia over Ukraine, ongoing conflicts and tension in the Middle East and Africa, climate change and sustaining economic recovery. This event will be webcast live.
And on May 14, Italian FM Federica Mogherini offers perspectives on recent developments on the frontiers of Europe and how Italy and the U.S. can work together, along with the European Union and NATO, to address the ongoing challenges in Ukraine, the Mediterranean and beyond.
