Content from the Brookings Institution India Center is now archived. After seven years of an impactful partnership, as of September 11, 2020, Brookings India is now the Centre for Social and Economic Progress, an independent public policy institution based in India.

Over the last two decades, India has taken unprecedented steps to engage with its diaspora. What lessons can it draw from the experiences of other entities in legislative advocacy, coalition building, and public diplomacy? To discuss this issue, Brookings India will host a conversation featuring Jason Isaacson, Director of Government and International Affairs at the American Jewish Committee and Arun Kumar Singh, India’s former Ambassador to the United States and Israel.

The discussion will be private, off-the-record and under the Chatham House Rule. RSVP Shruti Godbole at [email protected].
