Patient Medication Information

Through a cooperative agreement, the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform worked in collaboration with FDA to convene four workshops between May 2010 and July 2014 to discuss optimizing, implementing, and evaluating adoption of a single standard medication information document this became the Patient Medication Information Series
