Loretta Bondi is director of the Cooperative Security Program at the Center for Transatlantic Relations, Johns Hopkins University-SAIS. She is also a member of the Resource Group advising the UN High Level Panel on Threats, Challenges, and Change, and has been a foreign correspondent for major European newspapers and magazines.
