Prof. Federiga Bindi holds the Jean Monnet Chair at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and is affiliated with the University of Colorado at Boulder. She previously was at SAIS John Hopkins and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Dr. Bindi also served in government, most notably as Senior Advisor to Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini, and as Fellow in the SFRC under Sen. John Kerry’s chairmanship. Prof. Bindi was a Visiting Fellow at the Brookings Institution in 2008-2010.
