Supreme Court Hears Health Care Challenge

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Obama two years ago, heads next week to the Supreme Court where justices will hear arguments challenging the constitutionality of one of the Obama administration’s key legislative achievements. Two provisions are being challenged: a mandate that most Americans buy some form of insurance and the move to expand Medicaid.
