Gender representation in leadership results in more creative and innovative teams with problem-solving prowess that leads to success. The Women’s Leadership Program exists to sustain this impact and mobilize resources to support the growth and development of women leaders.
The value of the Women’s Leadership Program exceeds its curriculum. Yes, I gained valuable tools and techniques. But I also acquired a professional network of amazing, accomplished women.
