Brookings India hosted an expert roundtable discussion with Bruce Jones, Vice President and Director of Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C., on the changing nature of the international order and the United States’ role.

Jones oversees all of Brookings’ work on foreign policy, including international security, West Asia, Europe and Russia, Asia, and comparative governance. His own research has focused on international institutions and the United Nations, and among numerous other works, he is the co-editor of Shaping the Emerging World: India and the Multilateral Order.

The informal lunch discussion took place at Brookings India and explored insights into India’s role in matters of global governance.
