The events captured by the award-winning documentary film, “Farmingville,” reveal the complexities potentially unleashed by an influx of immigrant workers. At this Brookings Forum co-sponsored by Active Voice and “P.O.V.,” an excerpt of the film was shown, followed by a panel discussion with national and local speakers who commented on promising practices for low-skilled workers and day labor sites.
