Election 2024: Technology and electoral dynamics

As the 2024 presidential election in the U.S. draws near, concerns about cyber security and election interference continue to mount. Many Americans have expressed a low level of confidence that 2024 will be a free and fair election process. How has technology changed our election process and what measures can be taken to ensure a secure election on November 5?  

On October 2, Governance Studies at Brookings and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) held a webinar featuring a panel of experts who discussed the technology and electoral dynamics in the U.S. 2024 presidential election.
