The death of Osama bin Laden ushers in a new era for the al Qaeda terrorist network. Expert Daniel Byman says that despite the fear of reprisals, the death of bin Laden deals a serious blow to the organization he began. Bin Laden, Byman says, was a charismatic leader who was extremely effective in drawing recruits to his radical cause.
