A Preview of Secretary Kerry’s Trip to the 21st ASEAN Regional Forum

On August 4, the Center for East Asia Policy Studies and the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution hosted Daniel Russel, Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, for a briefing on Secretary Kerry’s trip to the 21st ASEAN Regional Forum. Richard Bush, senior fellow and director of the Brookings Center for East Asia Policy Studies, served as moderator.
