Louisiana’s Recovery School District ranked first in the new Education Choice and Competition Index

In the Brown Center on Education Policy’s annual ECCI report, the Recovery School District, which includes schools in New Orleans, East Baton Rouge, and other localities, was first of 107 large school districts across 13 categories.
