Lydia Wileden is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy and Sociology at the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, and a Research Associate for the Detroit Metro Area Communities Study.
