PERNAMBUCO, BRAZIL- The local government enabled more than two thousand new beds for patients with Covid-19 in Pernambuco, Brazil on May 25, 2020. Six Brazilian states are already experiencing the collapse of their healthcare infrastructure, including private clinics and hospitals , due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, as reported by the president of the Brazilian National Health Confederation, Breno Monteiro. The problem was identified in Amazonas, Pará, Ceará, Pernambuco, Maranhão and Rio de Janeiro.
