10 Years after China’s World Trade Organization Entry: Who is the Winner?

This year marks the 10th anniversary of China’s entry into the World Trade Organization. As a special assistant for national security affairs to President Clinton, Kenneth Lieberthal participated in the intense negotiations between the United States and Chinese governments prior to the entry.
