清华-布鲁金斯公共政策研究中心与澳大利亚新南威尔士大学老龄化人口研究中心于2013年5月15日下午1点半到4点，举办了一场关于人口老龄化、养老等问题的圆桌研讨会。新南威尔士大学老龄人口研究中心（CEPAR）的博士后学者鲁蓓介绍了她所做的关于普惠型养老金的比较研究，并阐述了在中国实施普惠型养老金的可行性建议。CEPAR的学者Rafal Chomik随后系统地介绍了澳大利亚的养老金体系。演讲结束后，演讲嘉宾与出席会议的中方专家学者们进行了深入交流。
