Col. Walker most recently served as the United States air attaché to Burma (Myanmar) at U.S. Embassy Rangoon. His background includes global experience in special operations and contingency planning, as well as regional expertise in Southeast Asia, having served at the U.S. Embassies in Burma, Thailand, and Malaysia. His research interests include grand strategy, military diplomacy, and gray zone competition.
