Mariam Hamza is a Health Economist in the MENA Region in the World Bank’s Health, Nutrition, and Population Global Practice. Mariam is a Ph.D. candidate at American University and her research focuses on human resources for health (HRH) production and distribution. She has been working on the Saudi health portfolio since 2018, contributing to analyses on health financing, NCDs, and HRH.
