Lucas Gortazar is a Consultant at the Education Global Practice. Since 2012, he has worked on both analytical and operational activities related to education, skills and the labor market, and health financing in a variety of ECA and MENA countries. He has published in different areas of education such as education financing, evaluation and assessments, equity and segregation, and skills. He holds a MS in Economics from CEMFI in Madrid and a BS in Mathematics from the Basque Country University.
