John Putnam has been the Director of Environmental Programs at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, where he oversees the State’s regulatory programs for clean air, water, waste and sustainability. Previously, he had been Managing Parter at the law firm of Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell, assisting cities, counties and states on issues related to transportation and the environment, as well as Chairman of the Denver Regional Air Quality Council.
