Jennifer Grassham

Jennifer Grassham is the President & CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Lea County.  In this position, Jennifer is responsible for business attraction efforts in Lea County, NM; project development; and working with local and national leaders and economic development partners.  Prior to her work with the EDC of Lea County, Jennifer was the Vice President of Grants for the J. F Maddox Foundation, where she led the Foundation’s grant making strategy for 14 years.  Jennifer currently serves on the board of NMIDEA, an organization dedicated to the advancement of economic development in New Mexico, and has previously served on the board of Philanthropy Southwest.  Jennifer is a graduate of Delta State University (BBA – finance) and Texas Tech University (MBA).
