Jeffrey Rosen was a nonresident senior fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution. Currently, he is a professor of law at the George Washington University. He is also the president and CEO of the National Constitution Center and a contributing editor of The Atlantic. Rosen is the author of several books, including “The Supreme Court: The Personalities and Rivalries that Defined America” (Times Books, 2007), and “The Naked Crowd: Reclaiming Security and Freedom in an Anxious Age” (Random House, 2005).
