Feng-Jen Jean Tsai is the director and professor of the PhD and Master Program in Global Health and Health Security at Taipei Medical University. She is also a joint-appointment professor of the Master Program in Food Safety, Graduate Institute of Health and Biotechnology Law, and Master Program in Food Safety and Graduate Institute of Health and Biotechnology Law at Taipei Medical University. Her research specialties are in the fields of international law and infectious disease, global trade and health, and the impact of globalization on health.
