David Feinerman is head of workforce innovation in the Department of Development at Cuyahoga County, where he is part of the County Executive’s team responsible for helping to fully integrate economic development and human services to drive regional economic growth and inclusion. David is a senior certified HR professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic talent management. He received a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and was named Crain’s Cleveland HR Executive of the Year in August 2019.
