Brad is an economist for the Millennium Challenge Corporation and an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University where he teaches a course on economic complexity theory and its implications for development. Brad has been working on growth diagnostic studies with MCC since 2012 to identify economic reform priorities for countries including Nepal, Liberia, Morocco, and Côte d’Ivoire.
