Jane Dokko was a fellow in Economic Studies and policy director for the Hamilton Project. Previously, she worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, most recently as a senior economist in the Real Estate Finance section of the Division of Research and Statistics. During her time at the Fed, she also served as a senior economist for the Council of Economic Advisers (2013-2015) and an economist for the U.S. Treasury's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau transition team (2010). Dokko's current research focuses on household financial decision-making, housing finance, and mortgage default.
