With President Biden’s recent withdrawal from the presidential race and increased fervor around Vice President Harris’ candidacy, many questions still remain. Will the Democratic convention result in a bounce for Kamala Harris? What is the impact of her running mate, Governor Tim Walz? What does the convention tell us about the fall election?
