Diana Negroponte, anteriormente abogada comercial y profesora de historia, fue investigador principal no residente con la Iniciativa para América Latina y se especializaba en temas relativos a México y Centroamérica. Se mantiene un interés acerca del comercio, energía e instituciones estatales. Es autor de Seeking Peace in El Salvador: The Struggle to Reconstruct a Nation at the End of the Cold War y editor de The End of Nostalgia: Mexico Confronts the Challenges of Global Competition.
