Kenneth Anderson was a nonresident senior fellow in Governance Studies at Brookings. He is a professor of law at Washington College of Law, American University. He is also a Hoover Institution visiting fellow and member of its Task Force on National Security and Law. He specializes in international law, human rights and the laws of war, as well as international business law, international development, and not-for-profit law.
