Trevor Potter
Trevor Potter was a nonresident senior fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution. Currently, he is an attorney at Caplin & Drysdale, leading their work on political law. He is also the founding president of and general counsel for the Campaign Legal Center. Previously, Potter served as a commissioner and was chairman at the Federal Election Commission.
