MOSCOW, RUSSIA JANUARY 7, 2021: Work underway to clean up a former dumping ground at the construction site of Moscow State Universitys Vorobyovy Gory Innovative Science and Technology Center (INTTs). The site with an area of 300,000 square metres is expected to be cleaned up in one and a half months. The project is unofficially referred to as research and technology valley or science valley. In 2019, the Russian government announced plans to establish 15 specialised scientific and educational centres (referred to as valleys) based at Russias leading universities as part of the Nauka Project. Vorobyovy Gory Innovative Science and Technology Centre will be granted special legal regimes and tax breaks similar to those granted to Skolkovo. Anton Novoderezhkin/TASS.No use Russia.
