Mariana Osoria

Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Engagement – Family Focus

Mariana Osoria has dedicated her work to the social services field for thirty years, the last 15 in executive leadership. Currently, she serves as Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Engagement at Family Focus whose mission is to invest in strengthening families and their children in Chicago and NE Illinois, so they can build social capital and achieve upward economic mobility through high-quality innovative programs and services, grounded in anti-racism and social justice. Mariana has also been a national facilitator and trainer for twenty years in the areas of social justice, anti-poverty, community and organizational entry, culture, equity, and racism Mariana received her master’s degree from the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration and has earned certificates in leadership and nonprofit management from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and the Latino Policy Forum.

 

Mariana’s civic leadership includes membership on multiple boards including LUCHA (housing) and PCC Wellness (FQHC) as well as leadership roles with the Cicero Community Collaborative, the Puerto Rican Agenda (PRA), and Illinois Unidos.
