Kharis Templeman
Kharis Templeman is an adviser to the newly launched Project on Taiwan in the Indo-Pacific at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, where he previously served as the program manager of the Taiwan Democracy and Security Project in the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies. He is also a 2019 non-resident fellow of the National Asia Research Program at the National Bureau of Asian Research.
