John McLaughlin
John McLaughlin was a nonresident senior fellow in the Center for 21st Century Security and Intelligence in the Foreign Policy program at Brookings. A former deputy director for intelligence at the Central Intelligence Agency, he is an expert in counterterrorism, intelligence policy and proliferation issues.
