Helen F. Ladd

Helen F. Ladd previously served as a Nonresident Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at The Brookings Institution. She is currently the Susan B. King Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Public Policy at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy.
