Previewing the UN Conference on Climate Change

Most nations conclude that climate change is a serious threat to our world, but years of dialogue have yet to build a binding agreement that appeals to industrialized and developing nations alike. The United Nations will begin its conference on climate change, COP16, in Cancún on November 29, where global leaders hope to move forward on some sort of accord. Senior Fellow Katherine Sierra previews COP16 and offers what will, and will not, likely result from the talks.
