On July 22, David Goldwyn testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations' Subcommittee on International Development and Foreign Assistance, Economic Affairs, International Environmental Protection, and Peace Corps in a hearing on U.S. security implications of international energy and climate policy and issues. In his testimony, Goldwyn examined how the U.S. can work to address current global energy crises through energy diplomacy, promoting technical assistance and supporting exports.
