目前，世界各国对全球治理的诉求及行动意愿不断加强，然而，近期在欧美部分国家发生的政治变化却为全球治理的未来蒙上阴影。国际形势将如何发展？全球治理的主要领导国家、议程及推进方式可能会有哪些变化？这样的国际新形势会对全球气候治理带来哪些挑战？
11月30日，清华-布鲁金斯公共政策研究中心与财新视频和哥伦比亚大学全球中心 | 北京共同举办“新形势下全球治理与气候行动展望”公开活动，就上述问题进行了探讨。
