[On Russia, Ukraine, and energy issues] A 'somewhat bigger issue' than Nord Stream 2 is that the extra revenues [are] flowing back to Russia while the Russian state engages in mischief.
[On the Trump Administration's approach to the coal industry] The Obama administration didn't kill coal, cheap natural gas did. I think they [the Trump Administration] thought they could undo all this Obama stuff and coal would come roaring back, but that's not the case. So now they're needing to use some pretty out-there mechanisms to get the results they want.
