Tola Myczkowska is the Program Manager for Smart Growth America’s Land Use and Development team and LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors. In her current role, she manages LOCUS’ technical assistance and Opportunity Zones programs, as well as other real estate and land use policy, advocacy, and research projects. Prior to joining Smart Growth America and LOCUS, Tola worked on transportation security at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She has also worked as an international anti-poverty advocate and refugee resettlement coordinator. Tola holds a Bachelors in Urban and Regional Studies and International Relations from Cornell University.
