Therese Delpech is director of strategic studies at the Atomic Energy Commission of France and senior research fellow at CERI (Foundation Nationale des Sciences Politiques). She is also the French commissioner at the UN for the disarmament of Iraq (UNMOVIC), and member of the IISS Council as well as of RAND Europe’s Advisory Board. She served as advisor to the French prime minister for politico-military affairs (1995-1997). She also served as permanent consultant to the Policy Planning Staff, French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1991 1995).
