Pat Oglesby
Pat Oglesby, a North Carolina lawyer, was a member of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on marijuana legalization, and a co-author of RAND’s report on legalization for Vermont. He worked on the staff of the Joint Congressional Committee on Taxation, and served as Chief Tax Counsel of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under Lloyd Bentsen.
