Miriam Mason-Sesay is the Country Director of EducAid Sierra Leone. Since 2000, British-born Mason-Sesay has been running EducAid with a vision of a dignified, democratic and globally-engaged Sierra Leone where poverty is eradicated by educated citizens. She believes in the power of a values-focused education built on respectful relationships to transform lives, communities and more. Her areas of special interest include: holistic school improvement and effectiveness, gender responsive schooling, and community-led governance.
