Frankie Mansaray

Frankie Mansaray is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship at The Catholic University of America. She has gained valuable experience through a youth apprenticeship, various internships and leadership roles. As a CareerWise DC youth apprentice, Frankie was a part of Accenture’s North America Youth Apprenticeship program and participated in skill development workshops, facilitated global service initiatives, and coordinated networking efforts with youth apprentices. She graduated from Friendship Tech PCS on time and accrued over 200+ hours of skill training and Human Resources competencies during her apprenticeship. After completing her apprenticeship in June 2023, Frankie interned as a Digital Ambassador at Bank of America, providing digital banking solutions while ensuring excellent customer service. Most recently, she continued her journey with Accenture in their Skills to Succeed Internship program, where she was part of the Sustainability Innovation Challenge team. In this role, Frankie helped manage communications among over 300 participants and contributed to facilitating the global competition.
