Eric G. Postel is a former investment banker who focused on emerging markets for more than 25 years. Afterwards, over the course of six years in the Obama administration, he served as the Senate-confirmed head of the E3 Bureau (which included the DCA office), the acting head of the Africa Bureau, and the acting Deputy Administrator of USAID. His collateral duties at USAID included attending numerous OPIC and MCC Board meetings.
