Daljit Singh is a researcher with over 30 years of experience in policy formulation and evaluation, and regulation of the energy sector in India and USA. He has extensive experience in reforms and regulation of the Indian power sector, covering almost all aspects of the sector. In addition, he has indepth experience of regulation of US electric utilities both as an intervenor on behalf of consumer and environmental advocates, and as staff of a regulatory commission.
Currently, Mr. Singh is a Visiting Scholar at Brookings India.
