Carl Robichaud

Carl Robichaud is a program officer at The Century Foundation where he writes on nonproliferation and counterterrorism policy and directs the foundation’s Afghanistan Watch program. Previously, he was a program officer with the Global Security Institute where he worked on issues of arms control and disarmament.
